At 123watches we understand that if you order something today, you want to enjoy it tomorrow. From the moment of payment, we will keep you informed of all steps in our delivery process. Picking, packing and shipping. From there, PostNL will take over from us and in most cases your package will be at your home or... on your wrist tomorrow.
Your local postman will deliver your order neatly to your mailbox. This is the most chosen method because you don't have to stay at home for this.
Package
At an additional cost you can choose a package with track and trace at checkout. If you have chosen this option, you will receive the track and trace code from us after your order has been shipped. Your package will often be delivered to the mailbox, so you do not have to stay at home.
Orders above โฌ20 are shipped completely free of charge, for orders below โฌ20 we charge โฌ1 shipping costs. If you place your order before 22:00, we will ship it the same business day. This means that we have transferred your package to our shipping partner. Please note that you cannot track your shipment via track & trace.
All our products on the website indicate the current delivery time. Is the product in stock and did you order before the specified time? Then you will also receive the package on the indicated delivery date off... on your wrist! Unfortunately, due to busy mail processing, it can happen that your order is slightly delayed.
We will keep you informed of all steps in our delivery process. As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email from us containing the track & trace code, if chosen. With this track & trace code you can follow your order closely! If you have not opted for track and trace, you can usually find your order in your mailbox the next working day.
Are you missing a product? Then it will most likely be delivered as a backorder. You will find the current delivery times for the relevant product on our website.
Or have you not received anything yet? Then we ask you to be patient for a few working days. The mail deliverers do their utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible. If you have not received anything after 5 working days, please contact our customer service
