We are a home store certified webshop. This means that 123watches is certified as a webshop by the Thuiswinkel Waarborg Certification Foundation. The working method established during the certification and the conditions applied are in accordance with Dutch legislation and regulations. The (re)certification takes place annually. As a webshop, 123watches does not have a physical store, showroom or pick-up point.
You can therefore submit questions at any time of the day via our contact form. That way you will get the best and fastest answer. Our product and service experts will process your questions Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Unfortunately, it can also happen that you have a complaint. Sorry in advance! Perhaps you are not satisfied with a product or the warranty procedure has not been carried out correctly. If this is the case, we would like to do something about it.
We naturally want to resolve this with you as soon as possible. Therefore, please contact our customer service so that we can look for a suitable solution together. It is best to submit your complaint via e-mail to customerservice@123watches.eu.
For official complaints, you can expect a substantive response from us after a maximum of 2 days after receipt of the complaint.
