Outside opening hours, send an e-mail email customerservice@123watches.eu with the subject CHANGE ORDER.
If your order is not yet in the sorting process, we can still change it.
If your order is already in the sorting process is unfortunately no longer possible to change this. After receipt, you can register a return via our website and indicate that you want to exchange the product. Do you want to receive the product quickly? Then order the correct size again and return the incorrect size after receipt so that we can credit it.

YES - Unfortunately we have not received this product yet, but we expect it to be delivered any time. As soon as your backorder has been shipped, you will immediately receive an email from us.

- Subject WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED
- Add a photo of the incorrectly received product
- Mention your order number in the email
This way we can quickly retrieve your email and will send you the correct product.
