Everything can be broken, as it turns out. Or maybe you're just not completely satisfied with your new purchase. That's annoying, but we're going to do something about it! Returns are free and very simple with us. You can read exactly how that works on this page.
How does returns work?
You can request your return here free of charge up to 30 days after purchase.
Do not just send a return to our office address in Zeewolde yourself, but follow the instructions in the e-mail so that your return arrives neatly at our warehouse.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must in-form us 123watches B.V., Tweespan 19, 3897AG Zeewolde, customerservice@123watches.eu of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is suffi-cient for you to send your communication con-cerning your exercise of the right of cancel be-fore the cancellation period has expired."
Return status
Including the return shipment from PostNL, it can take a week before your return is processed. Did you send the return to us more than 7 days ago? Please contact us via one of the channels below.
Return conditions
You can always return your order within 30 days of receiving your order.
To get a full refund, it is important to return your product undamaged and in its original condition with all accessories. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods."

Unpack the product from the packaging and try the product.
Depreciation
If you do use the product, we have the right to charge costs that are necessary to get the product back in new condition. We will assess this impairment and will contact you about this. You are only liable for the diminished value of your ordered products resulting from their use, if this goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

After your return
If you return your product(s), you will receive the payment, including shipping costs, back from us as soon as possible. You will receive the refund in the same way as you made the transaction to us. No fees will be charged for the refund. We wait with the payment until we have received the products. You are on time if you return the products before the 30-day period has expired. This period starts at the moment you receive the order.
Is returns free?
Yes, if you choose an exchange with the return request, this is free of charge.
If you choose to receive your money back, we will charge costs if you choose our return method. However, you can also arrange for the product to be returned yourself.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, includ-ing the costs of delivery (except for the supple-mentary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery of-fered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, un-less you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a re-sult of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the di-rect cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods."
How does warranty work?
If you order something from us, you can count on the product doing what it should do. If something does go wrong, we will look for a suitable solution together.
Legal guarantee
The legal guarantee applies to everything you order from us. Legal guarantee means that a product does what you can reasonably expect from it. There is no legal warranty period. One product simply lasts longer than the other. How long the warranty lasts therefore depends on the type of product.
